 Start your week with a smile and a stretch. This one-hour vinyasa class is the perfect way to ease into Monday—or recover from the chaos of the school drop-off! Expect gentle movement, calming breathwork, and a relaxed vibe that’s all about feeling good, not looking perfect. We keep things light, friendly, and welcoming to all levels.
