Making use of the Green Gym resistance training equipment as well, partner workouts, team challenges, cardio drills and body weight exercises, we'll have a great time and meet amazing people whilst getting fit.

This yoga class is a mixture of hatha and vinyasa, so expect floaty flows, intermingled with deep, held stretches, utilising breathwork. It  will start introduce some more advanced variations of well known postures, so make sure to listen to your body and take any adaptations and variations needed to make yourself comfortable. 
Please don't be put off giving this a go, even if you consider yourself a complete beginner, this class is perfect for you.  All levels are catered for and the intention is not to master all of the asana straight away, if ever, it's to build strength, confidence and to show you that you are far more capable than you know. It's not about how it looks, it's about how it feels.   

An introduction to more advanced postures. 

All Levels Yoga

1 hour group vinyasa flow yoga session with a strong emphasis on building strength through repetition and challenging posture variations. This class is still great for absolute beginners as multiple levels, variations and adaptations are always offered.  

Perfect for all ages and abilities.

A 1:1 or 1:2 session. You may have a particular or more advanced focus, be suffering injury, easing yourself back into regular exercise after a break or would just like the reassurance of correct alignment.....whatever the aim, the session can be tailored accordingly.
