What happens at this event?

1 hour group vinyasa flow yoga session with a strong emphasis on building strength through repetition and challenging posture variations. This class is still great for absolute beginners as multiple levels, variations and adaptations are always offered.

Great class at a really convenient time. The instructor is super knowledgeable and makes the classes adaptable to different abilities and flexibilities. A relaxing and friendly environment where I feel very welcome.
