What happens at this event?

This yoga class is a mixture of hatha and vinyasa, so expect floaty flows, intermingled with deep, held stretches, utilising breathwork. It will start introduce some more advanced variations of well known postures, so make sure to listen to your body and take any adaptations and variations needed to make yourself comfortable. Please don't be put off giving this a go, even if you consider yourself a complete beginner, this class is perfect for you. Bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing. Mats provided, but bring your own if you prefer.

Chilled early morning yoga class at the Zone fitness was superb! Great way to start the day in calm studio space. Will definitely add this class to my timetable again!
