This yoga class is a mixture of hatha and vinyasa, so expect floaty flows, intermingled with deep, held stretches, utilising breathwork. It will start introduce some more advanced variations of well known postures, so make sure to listen to your body and take any adaptations and variations needed to make yourself comfortable.
